RallyUp is created and operated by Digital49 Limited. RallyUp provides and retains ownership of the technology, platform, software, product design, intellectual property and related know-how.
Partners remain independent and contribute through agreed introductions, market knowledge, feedback and community-building activity. Where appropriate, referral or other rewards can be agreed in advance.
Before a formal partnership begins, we'll document the basics in a simple Memorandum of Understanding so everyone understands the relationship, responsibilities and boundaries from day one.

Builds, owns and operates the technology and RallyUp intellectual property.

Provides agreed introductions, community knowledge, feedback and growth support.

Agree objectives, activities, referral arrangements and any rewards before structured partnership activity begins.

Ideas, ownership and confidentiality
We welcome ideas, feedback and real-world sporting expertise from our Partners. RallyUp remains responsible for deciding how those ideas become part of the platform, including product design and development. Any substantial co-created work, confidential material or Partner-owned IP is agreed explicitly rather than assumed. Existing Partner IP remains the Partner's.
RallyUp's software, technology, designs, workflows, data structures, documentation, brand assets and related intellectual property remain the property of Digital49 Limited or their respective licensors. Partnership does not transfer ownership of RallyUp technology or give any right to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, recreate or develop derivative versions of it.
Non-public product, commercial, roadmap, customer, network or technical information shared during partnership discussions is treated as confidential by both sides. The detail lives in the MoU.
