RallyUp Terms of Use & End User Licence Agreement
Effective Date: 1 September 2026
Last Updated: 17 September 2026
Welcome to RallyUp.
These Terms explain the rules for using the RallyUp website, mobile app and related services ("RallyUp", "we", "us" or "the App").
By creating an account or using RallyUp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RallyUp.
1. Using RallyUp
RallyUp helps players and Clubs:
- improve sporting skills;
- assess progress;
- find and connect with Clubs, Players and Coaches;
- arrange and play Matches;
- record scores and statistics;
- access learning and development content; and
- discover relevant Partner Offers.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
2. Your RallyUp Account
Your account is personal to you.
Do not:
- create an account using someone else's identity;
- create duplicate accounts to bypass RallyUp rules or licensing;
- share your login details; or
- use RallyUp in a way that is unlawful or harms other users.
3. Your Licence
Some RallyUp users require an active annual licence to use the App.
A licence normally provides one year of active use.
Licensing applies to:
- Players;
- Coaches; and
- Club Managers.
Admins
Admins do not require a paid licence and have full access to RallyUp while they remain Admins.
4. Expired Licences
When your licence expires, you can continue to access your existing RallyUp data, but some activities will be restricted.
An expired user may not be able to:
- create a new Self-Assessment;
- create or organise a Match;
- create a Match Request;
- invite Players to a Match;
- create certain new Polls or development activities;
- request to join a new Club; or
- start other activities that RallyUp requires an active licence for.
RallyUp will normally tell you that an active licence is required before you start a restricted activity.
Match participation
An expired Player may still be invited to and participate in Matches organised by other eligible users.
This means your licence expiry does not prevent other Players from playing with you or recording Match results and statistics.
5. Renewing Your Licence
When your licence has expired, you may be able to request activation or renewal through RallyUp.
Submitting a request does not automatically reactivate your licence.
Your licence becomes active once RallyUp confirms the renewal or activation.
6. Clubs
You may join Clubs that use RallyUp, subject to the Club's own rules and approval process.
An active licence may be required to request to join a new Club.
Your existing Club memberships are not automatically cancelled because your RallyUp licence expires.
7. Matches and Sporting Activities
RallyUp provides tools to arrange and record sporting activity, but RallyUp does not normally organise or supervise the physical activity itself.
You are responsible for:
- deciding whether you are able to participate;
- following Club and venue rules;
- using appropriate equipment; and
- behaving safely and respectfully.
RallyUp does not guarantee that a Match, Player, venue or Club will always be available.
8. Assessments and Development
RallyUp may provide:
- Self-Assessments;
- Coach Assessments;
- skill ratings;
- progress information;
- learning content;
- training programmes; and
- other development tools.
These are intended to support learning and development.
Self-ratings and other assessments are not guaranteed to be professionally verified or completely accurate.
9. Your Content and Data
You remain responsible for the information and content you submit to RallyUp.
This may include:
- profile information;
- photographs;
- comments;
- assessments;
- Match results;
- scores; and
- other activity information.
You allow RallyUp to use this information as necessary to operate and improve the App and provide the features you use.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the RallyUp Privacy Policy: https://rallyup.fun/privacy
10. Match Data and Statistics
RallyUp may keep and display information such as:
- Match history;
- scores;
- wins and losses;
- Player statistics;
- assessments;
- progress;
- achievements; and
- Club activity.
Your historical data is not normally removed simply because your licence expires.
11. Partner Offers
RallyUp may display offers and promotions from third-party partners.
Partner Offers may include products and services such as:
- shoes;
- rackets;
- coaching;
- apparel; and
- accessories.
Unless RallyUp specifically says otherwise, the Partner is responsible for the product or service being offered.
Purchases may be subject to the Partner's own terms.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use RallyUp to:
- harass, threaten or abuse others;
- impersonate another person;
- submit false or misleading information;
- manipulate Match or assessment data;
- upload malicious software;
- interfere with RallyUp's operation or security;
- bypass licensing or access controls; or
- use the App for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that seriously breach these rules.
13. RallyUp Intellectual Property
RallyUp owns or has permission to use the App, its software, design, branding, content and technology.
You may use RallyUp for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the App without permission.
14. Third-Party Services
RallyUp may connect to third-party services such as payment providers, calendars, video services or Partner websites.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
RallyUp is not responsible for services that it does not control.
15. Availability
We aim to keep RallyUp available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, upgrades or other operational reasons.
16. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or close an account where necessary, including where a user seriously breaches these Terms, misuses RallyUp or creates a security or safety risk.
A licence expiring does not normally mean your RallyUp account is deleted.
Where your licence has expired, you may continue to access your existing data subject to the expired-licence restrictions.
17. Safety and Professional Advice
RallyUp is not a substitute for medical, physiotherapy or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether a sporting activity is suitable for you.
18. Liability
We provide RallyUp on the basis described in these Terms.
We are not responsible for:
- actions or behaviour of other users;
- Club decisions or rules;
- third-party services;
- inaccurate information submitted by users; or
- sporting results or performance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot legally be limited.
19. Changes to RallyUp
We may improve, change or remove features from RallyUp over time.
We may also update these Terms.
The latest version will always be available at: https://rallyup.fun/terms
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
