By using RallyUp, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide when you use RallyUp, such as:
- Name and email address;
- Profile information;
- Club and sport information;
- Match participation and results;
- Scores, statistics and achievements;
- Self- and Coach Assessments;
- Learning and development activity;
- Poll responses and comments;
- Licence and renewal information;
- Technical information about your device and use of the App.
Please only provide information that you are comfortable sharing through RallyUp.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide and operate RallyUp;
- manage your account;
- connect Players, Coaches and Clubs;
- arrange and record Matches;
- maintain scores, statistics and progress;
- provide assessments and learning features;
- manage licences and renewals;
- send important App notifications;
- improve RallyUp; and
- keep RallyUp secure and prevent misuse.
3. Information Visible to Other Users
Some information is shared with other authorised RallyUp users so that the App can work properly.
Depending on your role and Club relationships, this may include your:
- Name;
- Profile;
- Club membership;
- Playing information;
- Match participation;
- Results and statistics;
- Achievements; and
- relevant assessment or development information.
RallyUp uses permissions and Club relationships to control access.
4. Partner Offers
RallyUp may show relevant offers from approved Partners.
Partners may receive general, combined information about an audience, such as the number of eligible users.
RallyUp does not normally provide Partners with individual Player profiles, assessment results, Match history or email addresses for advertising purposes.
5. Your Information and RallyUp History
We may keep your RallyUp history, including Matches, scores, statistics, assessments and achievements, so you can continue to understand your progress.
An expired licence does not automatically delete your data.
6. Service Providers
RallyUp may use trusted third-party providers to help operate the App, such as hosting, payment, technology, analytics and support services.
We only share information where it is needed to provide or support RallyUp.
7. Keeping Information Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
No internet-based service can guarantee complete security, so please protect your password and account details.
8. Marketing
RallyUp may send messages needed to operate your account and provide the service.
Where appropriate, marketing communications will include controls that allow you to change your preferences or stop receiving them.
9. Your Choices
You can contact RallyUp about your personal information, including requests to:
- access your information;
- correct information;
- delete information where appropriate; and
- change certain preferences.
Some information may need to be retained where required to operate the App, maintain records or meet legal obligations.

RallyUp is intended to be used responsibly by its members. Where younger users use RallyUp, appropriate privacy and safety measures will apply.
Parents or guardians can contact RallyUp with privacy questions relating to a child's use of the App.
